Sr. Specialist Retail Media & Campaigns

About the role

Talabat is looking for a Senior Specialist Retail Media & Campaigns to join its team and help grow its grocery store concept, talabat mart, which offers 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. You will assist the Trade Campaign Manager and coordinate events, advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns, while coordinating stakeholders and helping develop strategic plans for communicating a brand message.

Key responsibilities

• Work with partner brands to support their growth across the various verticals on talabat
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and media agency partners
• Optimize campaign performance to meet partner goals by adapting recommendations to advertiser needs
• Support commercial initiatives with the talabat mart teams and drive deals to closure
• Retain and grow existing brand-platform relationships and align priority markets on account priorities and tracking
• Manage marketing activations for the categories in your business unit across all marketing and media channels
• Help define a regional learning agenda and share learnings across regions
• Analyze consumer preferences, local competitors and trends to improve promotional activities

Required profile

• BSc degree in Marketing or a related field, or client/account management experience
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, marketing or a media agency
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams at all management levels
