Supply Planning Specialist – MENA Region

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to manage demand and supply forecasts for our pharmaceutical portfolio across the MENA region. The role will be based in Amman and will work closely with suppliers, licensors, and internal commercial teams to ensure product availability and support new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate monthly demand and supply forecasts for assigned products across MENA.
• Prepare annual supply forecasts by analysing sales forecasts, inventory requirements, safety stock, growth assumptions and market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers and licensors, coordinating communications, troubleshooting issues and escalating risks.
• Organise and facilitate periodic S&OP meetings with external partners to review performance, forecasts and supply plans.
• Monitor actual sales versus budgets, identify variances and drive corrective action through the S&OP cycle.
• Collaborate with commercial, PMO and cross‑functional teams to ensure readiness for new product launches.
• Maintain action trackers and follow‑up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.
• Analyse supply planning performance, inventory trends and forecast accuracy.
