نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث مجموعة ماريوت الدولية عن طباخ متمرس للانضمام إلى فريق المطبخ في فندقها الواقع في شارع الهاشمي، العقبة. يهدف الدور إلى إعداد وتقديم الأطعمة وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام الرئيسية
- تحضير المكونات من تقطيع، وزن، خلط وتخزين.
- غسل وتقشير الفواكه والخضروات الطازجة.
- طهي الأطباق وفقًا للوصفات ومعايير الجودة.
- تشغيل الأفران، المواقد، الشوايات، الميكروويف والقلايات.
- اختبار نضج الطعام وضمان جودته.
- تنظيم وإعداد محطة العمل وتفكيكها بعد الانتهاء.
- تنظيف وتعقيم منطقة المطبخ والأدوات.
- الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
الملف المطلوب
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الطهي أو إعداد الطعام.
- عدم وجود خبرة إدارية سابقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام معدات المطبخ المختلفة.
- معرفة أساسية بسلامة الأغذية وإجراءات النظافة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وبسرعة.
- التواصل بلغة واضحة ومهنية.
