UI/UX Expert

About the role

Brain Catch, a recruitment firm part of the Behar Group, is hiring a full-time UI/UX Expert in Jordan on behalf of a prominent Saudi group setting up support offices there. The role creates intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Ensure responsive, accessible and consistent user experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio showing the design process and completed projects; candidates must include a portfolio link in their application.
• Experience designing Arabic and English interfaces, including RTL layouts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and usability principles.
