Usability Tester

About the role

We are seeking a Usability Tester to lead both moderated and unmoderated usability testing across our digital products and customer journeys. The role combines qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and improve overall digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead moderated and unmoderated usability testing across digital products and user journeys.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
• Analyze findings to identify usability issues, user needs, and behavioral patterns.
• Translate research insights into actionable, evidence‑based recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to enhance digital experiences.
• Prepare clear research reports, findings, and presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience conducting usability testing within a product environment.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with usability testing, user research, and insight generation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with Product and UX/UI teams (preferred).
