Vice President of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our executive leadership team as we scale rapidly. The role bridges high‑level corporate strategy with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring the company can grow efficiently while maintaining quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and integrate operational technology solutions to support expansion.
• Mentor and lead multi‑functional operations teams, aligning them with ambitious OKRs and performance milestones.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, manage budgets, reduce unnecessary costs, and maximize gross margins.
• Maintain quality control standards, mitigate risks, and enforce compliance across all service and product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field; MBA, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Proven experience scaling operations, managing multi‑functional teams and budget targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with expertise in P&L alignment, process optimization, risk management and operational frameworks.
