About the role

Standout Agency is seeking a full‑time Video Editor to join its creative team in Amman. The role involves end‑to‑end post‑production, turning raw footage into polished videos that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and trim raw footage, select key moments, and craft cohesive narratives for digital campaigns.
• Perform color grading, add sound effects, music, and integrate motion graphics and titles.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and other creatives to maintain consistent visual styles and optimize assets for various digital platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for production improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
• Good communication skills and openness to constructive feedback and iterative revisions.
• Relevant education in film, media, design or equivalent practical experience, supported by a portfolio or showreel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop.
• Experience in video production, video editing and video color grading.
• Ability to create motion graphics, titles, overlays and other visual elements.
