Web Software Developer Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Web Software Developer Team Lead to guide a development team, design and maintain modern web applications, and serve as the primary liaison between engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring and performance support.
• Design, develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on Angular and modern front‑end technologies.
• Act as the primary communication point between the development team and stakeholders such as Product Management, QA, Support and other technical teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, define technical solutions and support release planning.
• Work closely with QA to ensure code quality, resolve defects and support testing activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience building scalable applications.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews and Agile task management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving focus on quality, maintainability and performance.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Angular (components, RxJS, state management, modular design, unit testing).
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, Redux, routing, performance optimization).
• Hands‑on experience with .NET Core for RESTful APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL (database design, stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive UI development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and adherence to development best practices.
