Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning

About the role

The Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning will lead the creation of fact‑based demand forecasts using advanced analytics and AI. This role supports business planning, improves efficiency, and ensures product availability across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide objective, data‑driven baselines for Simplified MBPC through AI‑enhanced statistical forecasting.
• Pilot, test, and roll out new AI tools such as a New Product Forecast Tool and Price Elasticity Analysis.
• Develop long‑term demand plans (e.g., 20‑month rolling forecasts) and embed best practices across categories.
• Deliver demand packages to the D&SP community, highlighting variability, bias, and variance insights.
• Conduct dependent‑demand health checks to ensure timely promo stock availability.
• Maintain master data, manage phase‑in/phase‑out reflections, and align MG1, DP grouping, and long‑term sourcing changes in APO.
• Collaborate closely with finance to transition SKUs to discontinuation, review aging projections, and keep an active base code list.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Programming, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or other supply‑chain functions.
• Experience in sales or trade marketing is a plus.
