Barista – Coffee & Beverage Specialist

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network and become a Heartist® delivering memorable coffee experiences to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced, upscale environment, ensuring every cup reflects the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with latte art.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries in an informative and helpful manner.
• Follow outlet policies, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to ensure a clean environment.
• Deliver unique dining experiences through warm, detailed service.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience is required.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.
