About the role
The Door Attendant, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz-Carlton Amman. Working in a luxury hotel environment, you will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about the property and local area.
- Process operational needs such as room assignments, key issuance, and departure paperwork.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor issues on the spot.
- Complete daily reports and communicate relevant updates to the front‑desk team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional lobby environment.
- Stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb (assistance for heavier items) throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
