About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of Champions Tavern located within the Amman Marriott Hotel. This role ensures seamless service, high sanitation standards, and a memorable guest experience while driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, stepping in on the floor during peak periods.
- Maintain service quality, sanitation, and compliance with food handling and liquor regulations.
- Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and training to meet operational and financial goals.
- Collaborate on menu planning and assist with inventory and cost control.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance both guest and employee experiences.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards, local liquor laws, and food safety regulations.
