Customer Success Team Lead (Amman)

About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to manage and grow a high‑performing team of Customer Success Associates in Amman. You will be responsible for driving active user growth, reducing churn, and increasing upsell revenue while ensuring an exceptional experience for our restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Customer Success Associates to meet KPIs such as user growth, churn reduction, and upsell revenue.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve account management processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain regular reporting cadences (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor team performance and account health.
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, support, product, and other teams to align roadmaps and act as the voice of the customer.
• Handle escalations and support high‑touch accounts to protect revenue and mitigate churn.
• Identify and launch product enhancements and services that improve customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on upsell and growth opportunities.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to performance tracking.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in building and using reporting dashboards.
