MEP Foreman – UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Foreman to lead on‑site installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for high‑profile projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines hands‑on supervision with planning of resources to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure installations meet drawings and standards.
• Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability on site.
• Lead and instruct tradesmen and laborers, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and overall site performance.
• Maintain progress and time‑motion reports, highlighting delays or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and marking of completed installations.
• Enforce health & safety regulations, including PPE compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an MEP Foreman or Mechanical/Electrical Chargehand.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in site supervision and workforce management.
