Business Development Manager – KSA Market Experience

About the role

Azeus Convene is seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market to expand its sales footprint for the Convene meeting and collaboration platform. The role involves driving new business, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strategic outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients, highlighting the value of the Convene solution.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via networking, targeted outreach, and lead‑generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure seamless hand‑over to closing teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT software sales experience in the KSA region.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies, or large enterprises.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including C‑suite engagements.
• Readiness to join within 1‑2 months and willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms for sales pipeline management.
• Ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and client training.
