Business Development Specialist – Automotive Market

About the role

AutoBeeb is seeking a full‑time Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in the Middle Eastern automotive market. Based in Amman, you will identify new opportunities, build relationships with manufacturers, dealers and service providers, and help grow the platform’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence on regional automotive trends.
• Generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long‑term partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and tailored marketing solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Support account‑management activities, address client inquiries and provide feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within automotive or digital‑marketing sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
