C++ Software Engineer – Linux (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer with strong Linux expertise to join our development team in Amman. You will design, develop and maintain high‑performance applications that support both local and international projects in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Linux‑based C++ applications.
• Perform system‑level programming including multithreading, IPC and networking.
• Analyze and optimise memory usage, CPU performance and overall system behaviour.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues using tools such as gdb and valgrind.
• Work with build systems like Make and CMake and integrate software into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechatronic, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing C++ applications on Linux platforms.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Linux system programming, multithreading, concurrency and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with debugging and performance analysis tools on Linux.
• Familiarity with Git or other version‑control systems.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.
