Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute data‑driven digital campaigns across two commercial regions (Africa Middle East & Pakistan and South and South East Asia) while supporting global initiatives. You will blend creativity, technical know‑how, and analytical insight to boost customer engagement and demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to create multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, local platforms) that drive engagement.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage marketing automation workflows and ensure localized, brand‑consistent content.
• Optimize website copy for SEO, conversion rates, and brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce KPI reports, and deliver actionable insights.
• Champion best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and impact.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in a global or regional setting.
• Strong mix of technical, campaign‑planning, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
