Senior Analyst, App Marketing – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team as a Senior Analyst focused on app marketing. You will work in a data‑driven environment, designing and optimizing large‑scale campaigns that drive customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Analyze experiment data, build predictive models, and assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
