Field Clinical Specialist – CP Levant

About the role

The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) supports LivaNova’s medical device portfolio across the Levant region, delivering clinical and technical training to healthcare professionals and ensuring successful product implementation in hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site surgical case coverage, follow‑up support and troubleshooting for assigned LivaNova products.
• Conduct patient in‑services, training sessions for new and existing investigative centres, and product training for LivaNova employees.
• Develop, implement and manage product and system training programmes for commercial personnel, including new‑hire and launch training.
• Represent LivaNova during surgeries, demonstrate device implantation techniques and provide technical assistance via phone or on‑call support.
• Engage with physicians and clinic staff to educate on new product releases, hardware and software updates.
• Liaise between R&D and clinical sites to coordinate beta testing, develop protocols and recruit centres.
• Assist physicians with literature searches and facilitate submission of research for conference presentations.

Required profile

• Experience delivering clinical and technical support for medical devices in a field setting.
• Proven ability to train healthcare professionals and commercial teams on device use and surgical procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with surgeons, investigators and internal R&D teams.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned countries and provide on‑call support as needed.
