Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its finance team in Bangkok. You will partner with senior leaders to provide data‑driven insights that guide strategic decisions during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insightful analysis, dashboards and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Support the forecast process and drive performance tracking.
• Build long‑term financial plans and manage regular reporting, forecasting, and general planning.
• Collaborate closely with key business leaders and the broader Finance organisation.
• Provide actionable intel to senior management to facilitate effective decision‑making.

• Reports to the Senior FP&A Manager.
• Works closely with senior business leaders across functions.
