Product Analyst

About the role

Elements is seeking a Product Analyst to join its fully remote team. You will act as the bridge between customers, product quality, and engineering, translating market needs into technical requirements and ensuring the platform meets the rigorous standards of sophisticated finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product quality and testing workflows to guarantee platform reliability in real‑world finance environments.
• Participate in market and client meetings to uncover user needs, gather feedback, and deliver impactful product demos.
• Collaborate with engineering to convert open‑ended client needs into clear, structured technical specifications.
• Own functional validation of new features from advanced beta through full production launch.
• Help establish product management and testing best practices as the team scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in product analysis, quality engineering, or a highly technical customer‑facing role.
• Experience with functional finance, accounting workflows, or financial systems.
• Strong background in product quality, acceptance testing, and defining user scenarios.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable leading client meetings and technical demos.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a zero‑to‑one startup environment.
