Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our fast‑growing product and technology team in Amman. The role focuses on building scalable customer‑facing platforms, internal tools, and future mobile applications that will transform the renovation and interior design industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and digital platforms for customers.
• Design and optimise backend services and frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Create internal dashboards and tools to support design, operations and business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations and Leadership to deliver impactful features.
• Participate in architecture planning, technical discussions and product decision‑making.
• Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS) and support deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new mobile applications.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast‑paced or startup environments.
• Product‑oriented mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, independent ownership of projects and clear communication in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities and support cross‑regional initiatives.
