HVAC Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems to join our dynamic team. The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored engineering solutions and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for HVAC systems and solutions.
• Provide technical consultation to clients regarding our engineering offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Close sales deals and follow up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activities and upcoming projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in HVAC, heating, or cooling systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC system technologies and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong capability to assess client needs and deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Own a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
