Sales Specialist / Consultant – Interior Design & Architecture

About the role

ElMassri Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist or Consultant to join its Amman office. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth across architecture, interior design, and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for interior and architectural projects.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with design and project‑management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify market opportunities within the architecture, interior design, and real‑estate sectors.
• Contribute to regional growth and enhance brand presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ambitious, professional, and passionate about design.
