Mathematics Assistant Teacher – Part Time

About the role

Jo Academy is looking for a Mathematics Assistant Teacher to support Tawjihi students on their learning journey. The role involves providing academic assistance, clarifying mathematical concepts, and helping students prepare for exam‑style questions in a digital learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Mathematics teachers in delivering support to Tawjihi students.
• Explain mathematical concepts and problem‑solving techniques clearly.
• Answer students’ academic questions and provide timely follow‑up.
• Identify common difficulties and offer additional practice and explanations.
• Engage students through interactive sessions, discussions, and regular feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers and the academic team to ensure consistent content and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Tawjihi Mathematics curriculum.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic support (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging way.
• Proficiency in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.
• Availability to work on a part‑time basis.
