Sales Officer – New Car Financing

About the role

Syarah is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join its New Car Financing team in Jordan. You will act as the main point of contact for customers seeking financing for new vehicles, guiding them through the entire process from inquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily customer inquiries related to new car financing.
• Contact customers and collect financial and personal information.
• Perform financial calculations and assess customer eligibility.
• Follow up with customers to gather required documents.
• Coordinate with financing companies and banks to obtain approvals.
• Assist customers with signing financing contracts and approvals.
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong follow‑up communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or finance.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Experience in telesales is a plus.
• Previous experience in banks or financing companies is a plus.
