Sales Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Business Development team in Jordan. The role focuses on maintaining our CRM system, generating leads across multiple channels, and ensuring high‑quality proposals are delivered on time, all while reflecting the company’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a robust CRM system, including databases, libraries, processes, campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Create, update, and manage a highly targeted database of prospective, current, and past clients with detailed contact information.
• Initiate lead generation through cold outreach methods such as email, websites, and social media.
• Develop and continuously update a comprehensive leads database, monitor conversion rates, and nurture relationships with potential leads.
• Prepare supporting documents for proposals in line with RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure they are regularly reviewed for updates.
• Maintain proposal quality by incorporating the latest information, adhering to brand guidelines, and meeting submission deadlines.
• Create and update templates for proposals, presentations, and emails to align with the company’s brand identity.
• Develop and maintain company and service profiles to ensure consistent representation of the value proposition.
• Manage sales tools and generate reports that demonstrate sales outcomes to leadership.

Required profile

• Experience with CRM system configuration and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage and enrich client databases.
• Demonstrated skill in lead generation and cold outreach across digital channels.
• Background in preparing proposals and supporting documents for RFP/RFQ processes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure brand consistency in all sales materials.
