Software Developer (Process Automation)

About the role

SEDCO is seeking a Software Developer specialized in Process Automation to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on designing and automating business processes, building data models, and delivering user‑centric web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design process flows and user experiences.
• Develop web applications and web services using Node.js.
• Create and implement security models for user interfaces.
• Build automated workflows.
• Design and maintain data models.
• Produce reports and dashboards.
• Continuously learn new languages and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of practical software development experience.
• Proven experience building web applications and web services.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, MS SQL, and SSRS.
• Experience with Node.js and REST API design patterns.
• React.js experience is a plus.
