Software Developer (Process Automation)

About the role
SEDCO is seeking a Software Developer specialized in Process Automation to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on designing and automating business processes, building data models, and delivering user‑centric web applications.
Key responsibilities
- Design process flows and user experiences.
- Develop web applications and web services using Node.js.
- Create and implement security models for user interfaces.
- Build automated workflows.
- Design and maintain data models.
- Produce reports and dashboards.
- Continuously learn new languages and technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of practical software development experience.
- Proven experience building web applications and web services.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, MS SQL, and SSRS.
- Experience with Node.js and REST API design patterns.
- React.js experience is a plus.
