Product Manager - CleverSo Localization Platform

About the role

Arabic.AI is hiring a Product Manager for CleverSo, its core localization platform, based in Amman. You will own the strategy, roadmap and backlog of the platform and shape how it serves clients and the wider localization and AI-translation market. You work closely with Engineering, Design/UX and QA, turning client needs and market signals into clear priorities, and use AI tools to prototype and validate new features before committing engineering effort.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, and decide what becomes a reusable platform capability versus a client-specific customization.
• Track the localization and AI-translation market and competitors to inform positioning and roadmap bets.
• Present the product vision, roadmap and progress to investors, clients and leadership, and contribute to investor and board materials.
• Work directly with key clients: lead discovery sessions and demos and turn their needs into platform priorities.
• Build POCs and interactive prototypes with AI tools and validate them with stakeholders and clients before committing engineering effort.
• Lead the delivery team through refinement, planning and reviews, and partner with Engineering on technical direction, architecture trade-offs and release planning.
• Define and report on product KPIs such as adoption, retention, revenue impact and platform health.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, Translation or a related field.
• 4-6 years of product management experience owning strategy and roadmap for a live B2B software product.
• Proven background in the translation/localization industry, including LSP and enterprise workflows (TEP, vendor management, QA, project handoffs).
• Track record of presenting to senior stakeholders, clients and investors.
• Strong commercial sense and deep Agile delivery experience; fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands-on use of AI tools to build POCs and clickable prototypes (examples of past prototypes required).
• Working knowledge of CAT tools (XTM, Phrase, Smartling, memoQ, Trados) and concepts such as translation memory, termbases, file filters and MT integration.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Nice to have: CSPO, PSPO or SAFe POPM certification, B2B SaaS experience, fundraising support experience, and basic UX wireframing in Figma.
