About the role

We are looking for a Technical Implementation professional to work closely with clients, understand their technical needs, and deliver tailored software solutions. The role involves configuring, testing, and supporting applications throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and business objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement customized software solutions.
• Configure and customize applications and systems according to client specifications.
• Conduct testing and quality‑assurance activities to ensure solution integrity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients for seamless integration.
• Document specifications, configurations, and procedures for knowledge transfer.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in evaluating tools, technologies, and platforms for projects.
• Communicate project updates and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in technical implementation or software deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
