Account Executive – SaaS Sales (Amman)

About the role
The Account Executive will foster and retain business relationships while driving client growth in the Amman region. You will leverage professional networks, demonstrate executive presence, and communicate the value of CleverTap’s mobile marketing platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own business targets for the assigned account patch and grow revenue.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, understand their needs and craft compelling value propositions.
- Conduct presentations, quarterly business reviews and manage the full sales cycle to meet quarterly quotas.
- Develop account plans, map decision‑makers and influencers, and incorporate competitive insights.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for the current and next quarter.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals.
- Maintain daily Salesforce updates, including meeting notes and sales‑funnel status.
- Provide post‑sales support to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Background in a fast‑growing startup environment with a hands‑on, go‑get‑ter approach.
- Proven ability to present value propositions to CXOs and other decision‑makers in a B2B setting.
- Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Demonstrated success in account management and growing existing accounts.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
