Architect / Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Architect/Interior Designer to lead design concepts for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will translate ideas into detailed drawings, 3D models and visual presentations, while ensuring seamless execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts and present them to clients.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, 3D models and visualisations from concept through construction.
• Coordinate design and site activities with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee site execution, conduct regular visits and verify that work aligns with approved drawings and design intent.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, material selections, procurement and supplier follow‑ups.
• Review technical details, shop drawings, material samples and contractor submissions, resolving design and site issues.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams, providing updates and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design with proven involvement in project execution.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Robust portfolio showcasing completed architecture and interior design projects, technical drawings and visualisations.
