Associate Publishing Manager

About the role

As an Associate Publishing Manager at Tamatem you will own the publishing strategy and execution for a live title or support an existing manager. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, community and product, ensuring games resonate with players, reach the right audiences and achieve strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive go‑to‑market strategies for assigned titles, ensuring localized, creative campaigns that target the right player groups.
• Own day‑to‑day publishing operations, including live‑ops calendars, event launches and campaign tracking.
• Collaborate with product managers or external developers to align publishing plans with in‑game features and updates.
• Work with community managers to engage players, gather feedback and turn insights into actionable publishing strategies.
• Monitor competitor launches and market trends in the MENA region, benchmark features, pricing and support revenue optimisation through pricing, promotions and offers.
• Align with user acquisition, creative, localisation and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, preferably mobile games.
• Strong understanding of player behaviour, market trends and community dynamics in the MENA region.
• Solid project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
