BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure (Amman)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience on infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, rail and bridges to join our team in Amman. You will manage and implement Building Information Modeling processes for large‑scale infrastructure projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of design elements.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards and workflows for infrastructure projects.
• Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts and optimise designs using advanced BIM software.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
• Implement and maintain quality‑control processes for BIM deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation techniques and infrastructure design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred.
• Experience with large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the GCC.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
