Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement, Estimation & QS Engineer to join our Project Management Department. The role involves preparing BOQs, estimating project costs, managing procurement activities and supporting tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs based on project drawings.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and material calculations.
• Prepare project cost estimates and pricing.
• Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare cost comparison sheets and support budget planning.
• Source materials and subcontractors, prepare purchase orders and follow up deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships and pricing records.
• Prepare commercial offers, client quotations and support tender submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑offs, and project costing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on time.
