We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support our business operations, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive strategic decisions through data‑focused insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Collect, organise, and interpret data to inform decision‑making.
• Produce reports, dashboards and documentation that communicate findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Assist in developing operational strategies and solutions.
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates and highlight risks or opportunities.
• Support process optimisation and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Experience using reporting and data‑analysis tools.
