Construction Team Lead – Office Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Team Lead to manage our office‑based project management team in Jordan. The role focuses on coordinating cost estimation, project planning, procurement and delivery across multiple active projects, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the in‑office team of project managers, estimators and coordinators.
• Allocate workloads, plan resources and monitor performance to meet project timelines.
• Oversee preparation of estimates, budgets, schedules, bid packages and procurement coordination.
• Ensure alignment of documentation, cost‑control processes and reporting standards.
• Support pre‑construction activities, stakeholder coordination and subcontractor scope development.
• Collaborate with regional teams to harmonise execution strategies and share resources.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, performance tracking and change‑management across projects.
• Enforce quality standards, procedural compliance and cost‑management best practices.
• Act as liaison between office teams and field execution teams, facilitating smooth handovers.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, including performance metrics and project health dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction project management, cost control or estimation.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary office‑based teams.
• Experience working with international project teams across time zones (e.g., US, Egypt) is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, resource planning and team coordination abilities.
