Content Creator + Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Sharif Eye Centers is seeking a creative and organized professional to combine content creation with marketing coordination across its three locations in Amman, Zarqa, and Dubai. You will shape the brand’s voice, produce engaging visual and written material, and drive localized campaigns that support patient outreach and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bilingual (Arabic & English) content for social media, email, website, and patient‑facing materials.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos and photos for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all three branches.
• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, coordinating with branch managers and clinic staff.
• Track and report KPIs, including social engagement, lead generation, and appointment bookings per location.
• Support health‑awareness events, community initiatives, and seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications (healthcare experience a plus).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple markets or locations simultaneously.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of juggling priorities across branches.

Required skills

• Social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite or similar).
• Design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Email marketing platforms and paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager).
