Cybersecurity Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Engagement Specialist to support the planning, management, and execution of our cybersecurity initiatives. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that security projects are delivered on time and align with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity planning, management, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on cybersecurity initiatives, projects, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in governance, risk, compliance, and security awareness programs.
• Help develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Support vulnerability management, security assessments, and remediation follow‑up.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Prepare cybersecurity reporting, dashboards, and management updates.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
