Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Architecture professional to design, develop, and implement robust security architectures and frameworks that protect our digital assets. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive security architectures and frameworks following secure‑by‑design principles.
• Evaluate IT security threats and needs, recommending effective counter‑measures.
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Architecture Manager and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging threats and technologies for both cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Develop and uphold security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security projects such as Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security, managing scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Prepare comprehensive security reports and documentation for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, focusing on architecture and design, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH or GIAC are highly desirable.
