About the role

MetLife is seeking a Data Analyst with 3‑5 years of experience to support data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role will focus on extracting, cleaning, and transforming data, building insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations to business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Perform data preparation and transformation using ETL tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data insights.
• Identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Educational background in Business Computing, MIS, Data Science, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
