Data Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Data Processing Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient handling of large volumes of information across our internal systems. The role is remote and requires a meticulous approach to data quality, validation, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before finalization.
• Maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and system updates.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
