About the role

The Digital Renewals Sales Representative drives customer retention by managing high‑volume renewal cycles, negotiating contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities. Working within an office‑based inside sales team, the role balances autonomous workflow automation with collaborative support.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end renewal motions independently, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort.
  • Provide renewal coverage across a broad portfolio of accounts, prioritising by spend, complexity and growth potential.
  • Defend the existing customer base by accurately closing renewals and preventing churn.
  • Drive seat expansions at renewal using standard playbooks with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor auto‑renewal statuses and intervene when auto‑renewals are disabled.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, develop pipeline visibility and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Account Representatives to qualify cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Share churn indicators, renewal blockers and upsell signals with internal teams.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management or customer success, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume renewals independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Effective organisational and time‑management capabilities.
  • Comfort working with minimal guidance while collaborating with sales and partner teams.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
