About the role
Capital Bank is seeking a Direct Sales Officer to actively sell and promote its banking products and services. The role focuses on meeting sales targets while building strong client relationships and expanding the customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Execute direct sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for various products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in direct sales.
