About the role

The Senior TA Representative will act as the face of Novartis’ customer experience, building deep relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive compliant, ethical sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritising high‑potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Engage in value‑based conversations, both in‑person and virtually, to understand customer challenges and decision drivers.
• Personalise and orchestrate multi‑channel engagement journeys for target HCPs, leveraging available content and data.
• Build sustained collaborations with HCPs and opinion leaders to improve the patient journey.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actions, and share findings with internal teams.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address unmet patient needs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases within 24 hours and manage distribution of marketing samples where applicable.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with a strong focus on ethical and compliant practices.
• Ability to analyse data to prioritise accounts and develop strategic engagement plans.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with HCPs, opinion leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to act with integrity, following Novartis Code of Ethics and reporting any ethical concerns.
