About the role
We are seeking a Dispatcher for the US market to join our team in Amman. The role involves securing technicians for assigned tasks, coordinating their work, and managing related data entry.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and assign technicians to specific tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up on technicians’ work progress.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary plus commission.
- Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
- On‑site work in Amman – Wadi Saqra.
