Operations Dispatcher (B2B) – Evening Shift

About the role

This full‑time position supports daily B2B operations for Jeeny’s corporate ride‑hailing service. You will dispatch corporate ride requests, build a dedicated driver fleet, and ensure smooth execution of all B2B rides, initially on an evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch B2B ride requests and follow up on each request promptly.
• Build and manage a fleet of drivers dedicated to corporate services.
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain high service quality.
• Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides.
• Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B‑related rides.
• Support resolution of on‑ground issues related to corporate transportation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0.5–2 years of experience in operations or logistics (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
