ERP Application Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to lead the functional support, configuration and continuous improvement of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. The role works closely with finance, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure ERP processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, optimize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as Dynamics AX 2009 and AX 2012.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis and lead configuration workshops.
• Translate requirements into system design and practical ERP solutions.
• Deliver internal training sessions and create user manuals, test scripts and other project documentation.
• Manage relationships with external ERP suppliers and consultants, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing ERP support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, change‑request management and coordination of releases and bug fixes.
• Participate in future ERP roll‑outs across MS Pharma business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
